Safety & Compliance
Everything your school needs to feel confident booking a Bounce Hype event — from insurance and equipment standards to student data privacy.
$1M general liability insurance
Bounce Hype operates under Miller's Jump Time, which carries commercial general liability coverage with limits at or above $1,000,000 per occurrence. We'll add your school or district as an additional insured on request — just email us the COI requirements before your event.
ASTM F2374-compliant equipment
Every inflatable is commercial-grade and inspected before each event in accordance with ASTM F2374 (the U.S. standard for inflatable amusement devices). Anchors, blowers, and seams are checked on setup; staff supervise every unit while in use.
Background-checked staff
Every Bounce Hype team member who steps on a school campus has passed a background check. On-site leads are trained in basic first aid and event safety. Staff sign in at the front office and wear visible ID.
Weather policy
If weather makes the event unsafe — lightning within 10 miles, sustained winds over 25 mph, or heavy rain — we reschedule at no charge. The school admin picks the make-up date. Donations already collected stay with the school.
Student data privacy (FERPA-aligned)
We treat rosters as directory-only information: first name + last initial, grade, and teacher. We don't collect addresses, SSNs, IEP info, or grades. Full details on our Student Data Privacy page.
Signed Data Agreement (DPA) available
Many Florida districts require a written agreement before sharing roster data with a vendor. We have a ready-to-sign DPA on the Data Agreement page — download, route through your district, and we'll countersign.
Need documents for your district office?
We can send a packet with the Certificate of Insurance, W-9, background-check policy, equipment inspection log, and signed DPA. Most districts approve us within a week.
