Event Safety Acknowledgment

What this is

This is a plain-language safety acknowledgment. It is not a legally validated release of negligence and does not waive any claim. It exists so parents and guardians know what the activity involves and confirm the information we rely on for safety.

Activity risks

Bounce Hype events use inflatables, and some events use a foam machine, water slides, or similar equipment. Physical activity of this kind carries inherent risks, including bumps, falls, collisions with other participants, slips on wet or foam-covered surfaces, sprains, and other injury. Weather, heat, and noise can also affect participants.

Rules and staff direction

Participants must follow posted rules and staff direction, including sock rules, height or size grouping, entry and exit points, and capacity limits for each unit. Staff may pause or close an activity at any time for safety.

Accurate disclosures

By registering, the parent or guardian confirms that they have disclosed any limitation, accommodation need, or allergy that affects safe participation, and that the student is able to participate in physical activity of this type.

Emergency contact authorization

The parent or guardian authorizes event staff to contact the emergency contact provided at registration and, if a situation appears to require it, to call emergency medical services.

Florida parent or guardian release

A separate Florida parent or guardian release document may be supplied by the owner and attached to an event. It is marked "Florida attorney review required — Fla. Stat. 744.301 may prescribe specific warning language." No such release is published as part of this acknowledgment.
