Refund Policy

Where to send a refund request

Refund requests go only to Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC. Schools never receive, hold, or process parent payments or refunds, and school staff cannot issue a refund.

Email info@millersjumptime.com or call 407-908-9169 and include:

• Purchaser name
• Order number
• School and event
• Student name
• Reason for the request

Illness, absence, or no-show

A ticket is ordinarily nonrefundable if the student is ill, absent, or does not attend. Millers Jump Time may still approve an exception, before or after the event, at its discretion. We would rather hear from you than have you assume the answer is no.

After check-in

Once a student has checked in or participated in any portion of the event, the ticket and any redeemed add-on are not refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

If we cancel

If Millers Jump Time cancels an event or a portion of an event and does not provide a replacement date or replacement activity, we refund the affected ticket and add-on amounts.

Reschedule or material change

If an event is rescheduled or materially changed, we communicate the new details and a request deadline in that notice. Refund requests for a reschedule should be submitted by the deadline stated in the notice for that event.

How approved refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. The time it takes to appear on a statement is controlled by Stripe and your bank or card issuer, and we cannot guarantee an exact date.

Partial refunds

Where a refund applies to one child in a multi-child order, we refund only that child's ticket and add-ons and leave the rest of the order in place.
