Who runs your event

Founded by Blake Miller

Bounce Hype is founded and operated by Blake Miller, owner of Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC. Blake and his crew set up, staff, and run every event in person — the same people your office talks to are the people on your campus that morning.

Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC operates the event, handles the payments, and issues the settlement statement to the school.

Insurance

Insured through OVD Insurance. Certificate of Insurance and coverage details are available for district review on request.

A Certificate of Insurance — including additional-insured wording for your school or district when requested — is provided to your office before the event date. Specific limit amounts are listed on the certificate itself.

The parent enters the data. There is no student login.

Registration is completed by an adult parent or guardian. Bounce Hype has no child or student accounts, and students never sign in or submit their own information.

What Bounce Hype does

Bounce Hype is operated by Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC. We provide ticketing, student registration, event-day check-in, refunds, expense tracking, and a written financial settlement for school events.

Payments are processed through Stripe and go to Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC; Bounce Hype does not store full card numbers. The school never receives, holds, or processes parent payments or refunds.

Data flow summary

  1. A parent opens the event link or QR code and enters student and contact details.
  2. Payment is completed inside Stripe-hosted checkout.
  3. A signature-verified webhook marks the order paid and sends the parent a receipt.
  4. Event staff use a restricted roster to check students in and redeem add-ons.
  5. Owner and school administrator review live totals; the settlement statement is finalized and locked.

Security controls in place today

  • Sign-in required for every staff and school user — no shared public admin links
  • Role-based access enforced by database row-level security, not just the interface
  • Event-day roster served by a restricted database function that omits parent contact and safety or allergy notes
  • Audit trail on important administrative actions, including sales-window changes and refunds
  • Signature-verified Stripe payment webhooks
  • Encrypted transport for all traffic
  • Finalized settlements are locked and cannot be silently edited
  • Accepted policy versions stored immutably with a content hash

We do not claim PCI certification, SOC 2, ISO certification, or a guarantee that the service cannot be breached.

Retention and deletion

  • Abandoned pending checkout: 30 days
  • Operational roster, including safety and allergy notes: 90 days after the event, absent an incident, chargeback, or legal hold
  • Security logs: 12 months
  • Order, payment, refund, accounting, and settlement records: 7 years
  • Media permission records: while the related permission or content remains in use

Retention is configured and reviewed inside our admin system. Deletion is performed as a reviewed operational task; we do not claim automated deletion until it is implemented and tested.

Accessibility

We build toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA and review accessibility in our own QA pass. We do not claim certification or an independent audit. If any part of registration is difficult to use, call 407-908-9169 and we will complete the registration with you.

Payments and school settlement

Payments are processed by Stripe and go to Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC, which operates the event. Schools do not handle the money. School administrators receive an itemized settlement statement, including the check number and date, inside their secure login.

Policies

School approval status

Determined by each school or district. Bounce Hype does not claim approval by any school, district, or state agency. We complete vendor questionnaires, data-protection addenda, and district registration on request.
