  1. Day -10

    Kickoff call

    30 minutes with your PTO. We map the field, confirm bell times, set the goal, lock the rain backup.

  2. Day -7

    Roster upload

    Drop your CSV. We provision every student page, every classroom dashboard, and email the launch packet.

  3. Day 0

    Launch day

    Auto-sent parent email goes out. Most schools see 30–40% of donations in the first 48 hours.

  4. Day 1–13

    Hype window

    Classroom leaderboards update live, badges fire, daily reminder emails go to families who haven't given yet.

  5. Day 14

    Event day

    Trucks at 6am. Setup by 8. First classroom rotation at 9. Hype MC, music, every kid plays — regardless of $ raised.

  6. Day 17

    Funds in your account

How early do we need to book?+
Most schools lock a date 6–10 weeks out. Spring dates (March–April) fill fastest — reach out by January if that's your window.
What if it rains on event day?+
We make the call by 6am and reschedule to your backup date at no charge. No lost deposits, no scrambling.
Do PTO volunteers need to staff the day?+
Nope. Our crew runs every rotation. Volunteers are welcome for photos and high-fives, but the event runs without them.
How does the money flow?+
Donations go to a Stripe account in your PTO's name. After event day, funds settle and transfer to your verified bank in 3–5 business days.
Is student data safe?+
FERPA-aligned. Students appear by first name + last initial. Parents control profile photos. We never sell or share data — full stop.
