Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to the adult purchaser who registers one or more students for an event operated by Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC ("Millers Jump Time"). By completing checkout you confirm you are 18 or older and that you are the parent, legal guardian, or an adult authorized by the parent or legal guardian to register each student listed.

Accurate information

You agree that the information you enter is accurate and current, including student name, grade, teacher or homeroom, emergency contact, and any safety or allergy information relevant to safe participation. Incomplete or inaccurate safety information can affect our ability to keep a child safe.

Named-student tickets

Each ticket is issued for a named student and is not transferable to another child without our approval. Add-ons such as snow cones are tied to the student they were purchased for.

Event rules and conduct

Participants must follow posted rules and the directions of event staff at all times. Staff may pause an activity, remove a participant, or end an activity for safety reasons. Sock, height, size, and grouping rules may apply to specific inflatables or activities.

Role of the school

The school is the venue and, for fundraiser events, the financial beneficiary. The school is not the merchant, event operator, or ticket seller. Millers Jump Time operates the event and is the party you contract with.

Payment authorization

You authorize the charge shown at checkout, processed by Stripe. Card details are entered in Stripe-hosted checkout; Bounce Hype does not store full card numbers. The charge appears from Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC.

Event changes, weather, and cancellation

Events involve inflatable and outdoor equipment. We may delay, shorten, relocate, reschedule, or cancel all or part of an event for weather, safety, power, equipment, or school-directed reasons. We will communicate changes through the school and to the email used at checkout.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms and describes when a refund is available and how to request one.

Media release

The promotional video and photo release is optional, is presented separately, and requires an explicit Yes or No for each child. Choosing "No" never affects purchase or participation.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse the service, including attempting to access another family's information, interfering with the service, submitting false registrations, or using the service to harass staff or other families.

Intellectual property

The Bounce Hype name, logo, site content, and materials belong to Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website and ticketing service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected registration. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue is intended to be in Florida.
