Terms of Service
Last updated: May 17, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account, booking an event, or making a donation on bouncehype.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Who can use Bounce Hype
The platform is intended for schools, PTOs, school administrators, parents, and donors. Students do not create their own accounts. You must be 18 or older to create a school admin or parent account.
3. School & PTO responsibilities
- You confirm you have authority from your school or PTO to book a Bounce Hype event.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of roster data you upload and for following your district's privacy and consent requirements.
- You'll provide a safe site for inflatables, foam, or water installations on event day.
4. Fundraiser split & payouts
Schools keep 50–60% of net funds raised, depending on event size and package. Specific terms for each fundraiser are confirmed in writing before event day. Payouts are issued by check or ACH to the school or PTO within 14 business days after the event closes.
5. Donations
Donations made through a student's page are processed by our payment provider and are generally non-refundable except in cases of fraud, technical error, or event cancellation. Receipts are emailed to the donor address on file.
6. Event safety & cancellation
Bounce Hype reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel an event for weather or safety reasons. We'll work with you to reschedule. If a reschedule isn't possible, donations may be refunded at our discretion.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to upload roster data you're not authorized to share, harass other users, attempt to break security, or run unrelated fundraising activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Bounce Hype name, logo, Roo mascot, badges, and platform code are owned by Bounce Hype. School branding remains the property of each school.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bounce Hype's total liability for any claim related to the platform or an event is limited to the fees paid (or net funds raised) for that fundraiser.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Questions? Email info@millersjumptime.com.
