Bounce Hype ("we", "us") operates the bouncehype.com website and the Bounce Hype school-fundraising platform. We're a Florida-based company helping schools and PTOs run inflatable, foam, and water events with personalized student donation pages.
2. Information we collect
- Account info — name, email, password, and school affiliation when staff or parents sign up.
- Roster data — student first name, last initial, grade, and teacher provided by the school for the fundraiser.
- Donor info — donor name, email, donation amount, and message left on a student's page.
- Usage data — basic analytics (pages viewed, device type) to keep the site fast and secure.
3. Student privacy (FERPA-aligned)
Student pages display first name + last initial by default. Photos are optional and controlled by the parent or school admin. We do not sell student data, ever, and we do not use student information for advertising or any purpose outside running the fundraiser the school has booked.
4. How we use information
- Run the fundraiser the school booked (create student pages, process donations, send receipts).
- Send transactional emails like demo confirmations, password resets, and donation receipts.
- Improve the product and respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We share information only with vetted service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing). We never sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
6. Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@millersjumptime.com. Parents can request removal of a student page directly from the school admin or by emailing us.
7. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for sign-in and security, and basic analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to school and donor data is limited to authenticated school admins and Bounce Hype staff who need it to operate the fundraiser.
9. Children under 13
Bounce Hype is designed for use by schools and parents on behalf of students. Students do not create their own accounts. Any information about a student under 13 is provided by their school or parent and is used solely to run the fundraiser the school has booked.
