What events do you offer?

How long does an event last?

Most events run a full school day with rotations by grade — typically 30–45 minutes per class. Smaller schools can wrap in a half day; we'll build a schedule that fits your bell times.

Can we pick more than one event?

Absolutely. Many schools pair a fall Bounce Day with a spring Color Craze or Glow Bash. Multi-event bookings get priority dates and a discounted setup fee.

What grades is this best for?

Most of our schools are K–8, but we've run successful events from preschool jog-a-thons up through middle school dance-offs. We tailor music, activities, and rotation length per grade band.

Do we need a big field?

Bounce Day needs a field or large blacktop. Foam Frenzy works on most blacktops. Indoor events like Glow Bash run in your gym. We walk your space ahead of time and confirm the layout.

What if it rains?

Rain calls happen by 6am the morning of. We reschedule to your backup date at no charge — no deposits lost, no awkward scrambling.

Do you handle setup and teardown?

Yep. Our Florida team rolls up before bell, sets everything up, runs the day with trained staff, and packs out before pickup. Your PTO just shows up and cheers.

Are your inflatables safe and insured?

Every unit is commercially rated, anchored per manufacturer spec, and inspected before each event. We carry $2M general liability and add your district as an additional insured on request.

How many staff do you bring?

One trained attendant per inflatable, plus an event lead and a hype MC. Typical Bounce Day has 8–10 Bounce Hype staff onsite — your PTO volunteers stay free to take photos and high-five kids.

What about power and water?

We bring quiet generators if outlets are limited. Water events tap into a standard hose bib — we supply the hoses and the splash pads.

Do we need permits?

Almost never for on-campus events. If your district requires one, we provide all certificates and inflatable specs needed for the paperwork.

Same energy, honest economics. Schools net 50–60% of what they raise with us — a flat school fee covers the inflatables, staff, DJ, permits, and tech, with no prize-catalog markups or character pep rallies tacked on. Traditional fun-run companies often land closer to 30–40% net after prizes and program fees.

How fast do we get paid out?

After your event wraps, funds land in your verified PTO bank account within 3–5 business days. No waiting six weeks for a check in the mail.

Do you require a minimum?

No fundraising minimum and no setup fee. We win when you win — that's the whole model.

What payment methods do donors use?

Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Apple Pay alone drives roughly 40% of our donations because it's a 3-second checkout on a phone.

Are donations tax-deductible?

If your PTO has 501(c)(3) status, yes — donors get an automatic emailed receipt with your EIN included.

Do parents need to download an app?

Never. Donation pages work in any browser, with Apple Pay and Google Pay built in. Sharing is a single tap to text, email, or social.

FERPA-aligned. Students appear by first name + last initial by default. Parents control profile photos and what's public on the share page.

What do students actually do during the fundraiser?

They share their personalized goal page with family, watch a live progress bar climb, and celebrate milestones in class. On event day they earn the experience they fundraised for — no door-to-door sales, no prize-catalog pressure.

Is there pressure on kids who don't fundraise much?

Never. Every student participates in event day regardless of dollars raised. We celebrate effort and the school-wide goal, not individual leaderboards by default.

What does setup take on the PTO side?

About 2 hours total across week one: a kickoff call, uploading your roster (CSV from your SIS works great), and approving the parent launch email. We do the rest.
