For school leaders
How a Bounce Hype inflatable or Foam Hype event runs at your school: online parent registration, live totals by grade and homeroom, event-day check-in, and an itemized settlement statement.

Parents open your event link, add one or several children in one checkout, complete the waiver and media-release choices and pay by card or wallet. No parent account is created.

Your office sees registrations and revenue update in real time, broken out by grade and homeroom, so you know which classes still need a nudge.

Download a print-ready QR for flyers, the marquee and the car line, plus a copyable link for newsletters and school apps.

Set a student capacity and a registration deadline separate from the event start time. Staff can reopen registration temporarily when a family needs it.

One-tap check-in by name, grade or homeroom with duplicate warnings, undo and an audit trail. Add-on redemption is tracked separately, and the roster keeps working when school Wi-Fi drops.

Every registration records the exact waiver version accepted and an explicit yes or no on photo and video use, retrievable per student.

After the event you receive a statement itemizing ticket and add-on sales, refunds, processing fees and approved direct event expenses, with the payout figure and check details recorded.

Certificate of insurance through OVD Insurance, staff supervision at every unit, and a Trust Center with the documents most district review packets ask for.

Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC operates the event, handles the payments, and issues the settlement statement to the school.

Earlier is better for date availability, especially in the spring. Contact us with two or three possible dates and we will confirm what is open.
We schedule the run of the day around your class rotation. Setup happens before the first rotation and teardown after the last.
We work with your office on a reschedule or an alternate plan. Registration can be reopened for the new date.
Staff can reopen registration temporarily, so late families can complete a registration and be checked in the same way.
Only authorized event management staff and your school administrator. Teachers and check-in staff see the roster and check-in screen only — the database itself blocks them from payment and contact data.
