Parent registration

Parents open your event link, add one or several children in one checkout, complete the waiver and media-release choices and pay by card or wallet. No parent account is created.

Your office sees registrations and revenue update in real time, broken out by grade and homeroom, so you know which classes still need a nudge.

Pricing and proceeds

  • Ticket pricing is set per event before your page goes live, and every add-on is configured with it.
  • Parents pay Bounce Hype directly through secure card and wallet checkout. The school never handles money or card data.
  • Refunds are issued by Bounce Hype, including a single child inside a multi-child order.
  • Your proceeds arrangement is documented in the written agreement for your event and reflected line by line on the settlement statement.

Who runs your event

Founded by Blake Miller

Bounce Hype is founded and operated by Blake Miller, owner of Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC. Blake and his crew set up, staff, and run every event in person — the same people your office talks to are the people on your campus that morning.

Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC operates the event, handles the payments, and issues the settlement statement to the school.

Insurance

Insured through OVD Insurance. Certificate of Insurance and coverage details are available for district review on request.

A Certificate of Insurance — including additional-insured wording for your school or district when requested — is provided to your office before the event date. Specific limit amounts are listed on the certificate itself.

School questions we hear most

How far in advance should we book?

Earlier is better for date availability, especially in the spring. Contact us with two or three possible dates and we will confirm what is open.

How long does an event day take?

We schedule the run of the day around your class rotation. Setup happens before the first rotation and teardown after the last.

What happens if it rains?

We work with your office on a reschedule or an alternate plan. Registration can be reopened for the new date.

Can students who did not register still participate?

Staff can reopen registration temporarily, so late families can complete a registration and be checked in the same way.

Who can see parent contact details and student notes?

Only authorized event management staff and your school administrator. Teachers and check-in staff see the roster and check-in screen only — the database itself blocks them from payment and contact data.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes. A certificate of insurance through OVD Insurance is available for your vendor packet on request.

More parent-facing answers are on the FAQ page.

Request a proposal for your school

Send your school name, approximate enrollment and two or three possible dates. We will reply with a written proposal and the documents your district review needs.
