School fundraisers in Celebration, Florida

Celebration campuses sit inside a community with strong expectations about how anything on school grounds looks and runs. Our crew arrives in uniform, keeps the footprint tidy, stages equipment away from pedestrian paths and leaves the field the way we found it. Communication with families here is typically well organized already, so our job is to fit your existing channels rather than add new ones.

What a Bounce Hype day gives your school

We are not an equipment rental. Bounce Hype is a turnkey program: the experience, the staffing, the online registration and the reporting are all handled by our team.

A day students remember

The whole school rotates through a supervised, high-energy experience on campus. There is nothing to sell door to door and no catalog to chase.

Registration parents finish on a phone

Families open your event link, add each child in one checkout, complete the participation waiver and photo choice and pay securely. No parent account is created and the school never handles money.

Less work for your office

No envelopes, no cash counting, no product distribution. Your office watches participation update by grade and homeroom and sends a reminder where it is needed.

Professionally staffed and supervised

Our trained crew sets up, supervises every attraction for the full run of the day and tears down. Teachers stay with their classes instead of running the event.

Coordinated around your schedule

We build the rotation around your specials, lunches and dismissal — not the other way around — and confirm it in writing before the date.

Transparent post-event reporting

After the event you receive an itemized statement of the results for your school, so your bookkeeper and your board see the same numbers we do.

How the program works

  1. 1. Request information

Send your school, approximate enrollment and a preferred season. We reply with a customized school fundraising proposal.

  2. 2. Confirm the date and paperwork

We complete district vendor forms, provide the certificate of insurance and confirm the field, timing and rotation plan in writing.

  3. 3. Families register online

Your school receives a unique registration link and a print-ready QR code to share through newsletters, the school app and the car line.

  4. 4. We run the event day

Our crew arrives early, sets up, checks students in and supervises every rotation. Your staff supervises their classes as they normally would.

  5. 5. You receive the report

An itemized post-event statement documents the results for your school and how the arrangement in your agreement was applied.

Planning notes for Celebration schools

  • Pedestrian and golf-cart traffic near campus shapes where we stage equipment and where families walk during the day.
  • Neighborhood noise considerations mean we confirm music levels and placement with your administration in advance.
  • Well-organized family communication channels here usually make a single announcement plus the QR code sufficient.
  • Shared community green space may require an additional approval; we confirm it during planning.

Safety and supervision

  • Every attraction is staffed and supervised for the full run of the day.
  • Setup is inspected and secured before the first class rotates in, and weather conditions are monitored throughout.
  • A participation waiver is required at registration, and photo or video use is an explicit yes-or-no choice for each family.
  • Certificate of insurance through OVD Insurance is available for your district review packet on request.
  • Parent contact details and any safety or allergy notes are visible only to authorized event management staff and your school administrator.

Questions from Celebration schools

How visible is the setup from the surrounding neighborhood?

We place equipment where your administration directs and confirm music placement and volume in advance.

Do you clean up completely the same day?

Yes. Teardown, trash removal and a field walk happen the same day, after the last rotation.

How is this different from a product-sale fundraiser?

Nothing is sold door to door and nothing is delivered later. Families register online for one on-campus experience, and the school is not responsible for collecting money or distributing product.

How much can our school raise?

Fundraising potential is based on participation and enrollment. We include realistic figures for your school in the written proposal rather than publishing generic numbers.

Do students who cannot participate get left out?

Tell us during planning and we will build an approach with your administration so the day works for every student.

What paperwork does our district need?

We complete vendor registration forms, provide insurance documentation and can sign a student-data agreement before your event is scheduled.

Request school information for Celebration

For principals, assistant principals, PTO and PTA leaders, teachers and activity coordinators. We reply with a customized school fundraising proposal — not a generic price sheet.

We use this only to respond to your school. No student information is collected on this form.

Bounce Hype is founded and operated by Blake Miller, owner of Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC. Blake and his crew set up, staff, and run every event in person — the same people your office talks to are the people on your campus that morning.

Millers Jump Time Entertainment LLC operates the event, handles the payments, and issues the settlement statement to the school.
