How the program works
1. Request information
Send your school, approximate enrollment and a preferred season. We reply with a customized school fundraising proposal.
2. Confirm the date and paperwork
We complete district vendor forms, provide the certificate of insurance and confirm the field, timing and rotation plan in writing.
3. Families register online
Your school receives a unique registration link and a print-ready QR code to share through newsletters, the school app and the car line.
4. We run the event day
Our crew arrives early, sets up, checks students in and supervises every rotation. Your staff supervises their classes as they normally would.
5. You receive the report
An itemized post-event statement documents the results for your school and how the arrangement in your agreement was applied.
