School fundraisers in St. Cloud, Florida

Bounce Hype is based in St. Cloud, so this is our home field. Our crew knows the school pickup patterns along Old Canoe Creek Road and Nolte Road, the field conditions after an afternoon storm, and how tight the window is between the last special and dismissal. For a St. Cloud campus that usually means an earlier load-in and a rotation plan built around your specials schedule rather than ours.

What a Bounce Hype day gives your school

We are not an equipment rental. Bounce Hype is a turnkey program: the experience, the staffing, the online registration and the reporting are all handled by our team.

A day students remember

The whole school rotates through a supervised, high-energy experience on campus. There is nothing to sell door to door and no catalog to chase.

Registration parents finish on a phone

Families open your event link, add each child in one checkout, complete the participation waiver and photo choice and pay securely. No parent account is created and the school never handles money.

Less work for your office

No envelopes, no cash counting, no product distribution. Your office watches participation update by grade and homeroom and sends a reminder where it is needed.

Professionally staffed and supervised

Our trained crew sets up, supervises every attraction for the full run of the day and tears down. Teachers stay with their classes instead of running the event.

Coordinated around your schedule

We build the rotation around your specials, lunches and dismissal — not the other way around — and confirm it in writing before the date.

Transparent post-event reporting

After the event you receive an itemized statement of the results for your school, so your bookkeeper and your board see the same numbers we do.

How the program works

  1. 1. Request information

Send your school, approximate enrollment and a preferred season. We reply with a customized school fundraising proposal.

  2. 2. Confirm the date and paperwork

We complete district vendor forms, provide the certificate of insurance and confirm the field, timing and rotation plan in writing.

  3. 3. Families register online

Your school receives a unique registration link and a print-ready QR code to share through newsletters, the school app and the car line.

  4. 4. We run the event day

Our crew arrives early, sets up, checks students in and supervises every rotation. Your staff supervises their classes as they normally would.

  5. 5. You receive the report

An itemized post-event statement documents the results for your school and how the arrangement in your agreement was applied.

Planning notes for St. Cloud schools

  • • Being local, we can typically load in before the first bell without a highway commute delaying setup.
  • • Osceola County campuses often share a field with an after-school program — we confirm the field release time with your office during planning.
  • • Spring dates in St. Cloud fill first; fall dates are usually easier to secure on short notice.
  • • Afternoon convective storms are common May through September, so we build a weather contingency into every St. Cloud date.

Safety and supervision

  • • Every attraction is staffed and supervised for the full run of the day.
  • • Setup is inspected and secured before the first class rotates in, and weather conditions are monitored throughout.
  • • A participation waiver is required at registration, and photo or video use is an explicit yes-or-no choice for each family.
  • • Certificate of insurance through OVD Insurance is available for your district review packet on request.
  • • Parent contact details and any safety or allergy notes are visible only to authorized event management staff and your school administrator.

Questions from St. Cloud schools

Do you work with schools across Osceola County or only St. Cloud proper?

Both. St. Cloud is our home base, and we serve campuses throughout the county and neighboring communities inside our service radius.

Can we schedule around Osceola County testing windows?

Yes. Tell us your assessment calendar when you inquire and we will propose dates that sit clear of it.

How is this different from a product-sale fundraiser?

Nothing is sold door to door and nothing is delivered later. Families register online for one on-campus experience, and the school is not responsible for collecting money or distributing product.

How much can our school raise?

Fundraising potential is based on participation and enrollment. We include realistic figures for your school in the written proposal rather than publishing generic numbers.

Do students who cannot participate get left out?

Tell us during planning and we will build an approach with your administration so the day works for every student.

What paperwork does our district need?

We complete vendor registration forms, provide insurance documentation and can sign a student-data agreement before your event is scheduled.

Request a School Proposal for St. Cloud

For principals, assistant principals, PTO and PTA leaders, teachers and activity coordinators. We reply with a customized school fundraising proposal — not a generic price sheet.

Both programs include a dance party and commercial-grade equipment. Foam Hype uses Foam Daddy foam equipment and non-toxic, hypoallergenic foam solution.

We use this only to respond to your school. No student information is collected on this form.

Blake and Sarah Miller with their children at a community event
Who runs your event

Founded by Blake & Sarah Miller

Bounce Hype was created by Blake and Sarah Miller, local parents, business owners and, most importantly, Mom and Dad to three children who attend school right here in Central Florida.

As parents, we know childhood moves quickly. We want children to have more than another ordinary school day. We want them to laugh with their classmates, make new friends, try something that builds their confidence and go home excited to tell their families about the memories they made.

Bounce Hype is about more than inflatables or raising money. It gives students an opportunity to play together, practice teamwork, show positive leadership, strengthen friendships and feel like they are part of their school community. These are the experiences children remember long after the school day ends.

That personal connection is why we stay directly involved. Blake, Sarah and our trained local crew coordinate, set up, staff and operate each event. The people your school communicates with during planning are the same people responsible for creating a safe, organized and unforgettable experience on your campus.

Why it matters to us

We plan every Bounce Hype event with our own children in mind. We ask ourselves: Would our children feel included? Would they be safe? Would they have fun? Would this be a school memory they talk about for years?

Our goal is simple: help schools raise money while giving children a joyful experience that brings them closer together.

Safety & training

Local crew coordination

Our trained crew arrives early, sets up every attraction with manufacturer guidelines in mind, and stays on-site to supervise operations from the first student to the last pickup.

Student safety practices

Age-appropriate grouping, capacity limits, weather protocols, and clear staff-to-student communication help keep the day organized, predictable and safe.

Direct communication

Your school has direct access to Blake and Sarah before, during and after the event. No call centers, no third-party dispatch—just the same people who planned your day.

Central Florida focused

We know the local schools, campuses and weather patterns, so setup, parking, power and emergency planning are handled with local experience in mind.

Detailed safety plans, staff qualifications and incident procedures are shared with your school office before each event and are available for district review on request.
